Im badischen Rust informierten sich Anwender der Business-Softwarelösungen von aruba informatik, Litreca, Nissen & Velten, syska und texdata gemeinsam über Produktneuheiten und aktuelle Business-Themen. Außerdem nutzten sie die Gelegenheit zum Networking.
Die enventa Group, ein Unternehmenssoftwarehaus für ERP, BI und Treasury Management, hat den Anbieter von Buchhaltungssoftware syska übernommen. Die Akquisition ist für die Gruppe ein wichtiger Schritt auf dem Weg, ein führender Softwareanbieter im deutschsprachigen Markt zu werden.
Der Software-Investor Main Capital Partners („Main“) gibt heute den Erwerb von vier Mehrheitsbeteiligungen an den Unternehmen Nissen & Velten (ERP), texdata (ERP), aruba BI (BI) und Litreca (Finanzlösungen) bekannt. Zusammen bilden die vier Unternehmen eine neue, Business-Softwaregruppe, die den Namen enventa tragen wird.
